Booking Payment is made online with 50% deposit due at time of booking for bookings made 60 days or more from the scheduled arrival date. Once a reservation is 60 days within arrival the balance due for the remaining 50% will be collected automatically. If you are making a reservation within a 60-day time from scheduled arrival. The total balance of the booking is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival will be issued a 100% refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Within sixty (60) days of arrival final payment must be received. If final payment is not received following an additional 5-day reminder and grace period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the entire 50% payment already received. Within 60 days of arrival all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchase of the inexpensive trip insurance offered following booking. An administrative fee will be charged on the total amount of the booking including all rent and fees. Credit card fees will not be refunded.

Pets are only permitted with written approval by Alpine Property Management. If approved, the registered guest will be charged an additional $100.00 for the first five (5) days and $20.00 for any additional days.

The town of Big Sky, MT is Approximately 46 miles from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Which is about a 70-minute drive. In winter months 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive is recommended. If using GPS to locate a property, Google Maps often works the best in this area.

Weather in Montana can be unpredictable and change quickly. Expect winters to be cold and snowy! Winter in Montana is roughly from December to April. Summers offer an abundance of sunshine and are mild to warm in temperatures. Summer season is roughly from June to September.
