by TaylorOur Family had a great time staying here for a long weekend! Its less than a 5 minute walk to a catwalk that can get you onto the Big Sky Slopes. The living room had ample space for our family to all hangout togetger. If you have small children, there were plenty of toys and other neceessities that the house included already. The management company was extremely responsive in answering any questions throughout the stay and made sure to resolve any minor issues quickly.

Our group (3 couples) travels to Big Sky every March for an adults ski getaway. Silver Star is among the nicest places we have stayed. The house was very well stocked with supplies and the check-in process was seamless. We have stayed in the Alpine Meadows neighborhood for the past three years and love the location. Very short hike to ski out from this home (literally across the street and up a short, groomed ramp) and we skied back to the driveway every day. Heated garage is clutch for keeping your boots warm during the night. Communication with manager was great. Had a small problem with hot tub one afternoon and it was fixed the next morning and ready to go when we got in from slopes. Very good location overall with easy drive to Big Sky Mountain Village and down the mountain the Meadows and the restaurants below. Excellent guidebook in the house for restaurants. We already had reservations to 3 of the 5 fine dining restaurants and will try the others next year. We hope the owners will consider renting next year and we have already requested our week if so!
